NOTE! The products sold on the website are for ages 18 and over. To place an order, you must be of legal age. By placing an order, you accept these terms!
1. Delivery of the order
1.1 How quickly will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship all orders placed before 3 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped on the next day.
1.2 How long will delivery take?
Delivery time is 1-6 business days depending on where you live. Deliveries are handled by Posti, Postnord, Budbee, or your local courier.. Orders are made in the Puff & Pouch online store, and during the order, you can choose the shipping method. After you have paid for the order, we pack the products and send them by courier. Orders placed before 3 PM are shipped on the same weekday!
Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped at the latest on the next weekday.
1.3 How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is 6,5€ and for orders over €90, we offer free shipping.
1.4. Will I have to pay customs duties?
No. Nicotine pouches are not subject to customs duties.
2. Order confirmation
The order confirmation is delivered to the customer by email. The order confirmation contains the products that the customer has added to the order and their prices according to what they were at the time of sale.

All our listed prices are in euros, and payment options are available on our online store.

3. Product returns and complaints
Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days of the order. Please inform us of the return at info@puffandpouch.com. We will send you a return form by email, which contains the shipping address and other information regarding the return.
In the case of a return, we will refund the price of the products to the customer entirely, except for the shipping costs. If an unopened package is returned, the customer must pay for the shipping costs caused by the return.
Opened or otherwise used packages cannot be returned.

4. Other terms
We are not responsible for incorrect customer, address, or other delivery-related information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to change our terms at any time. The customer is responsible for checking the current order and delivery terms.
